Passion For Fame #FullSailHOF

Full Sail University Hall of Fame 8

I was really excited to return to Full Sail University's annual Hall of Fame event. It was like a big family reunion.

Throughout this week, I spent every single minute teaching and mentoring students—in addition to some great dinners and parties. I hammered home that students are in the position to build a viable career around their passion, which they shouldn't take for granted.

I care more about you, your personality, and your tangible skills, than I do about anything you can include on a resume. I was delighted by how eloquently students could communicate their brands and goals in a single sentence. I love Full Sail and I'm already counting down the days until next year.

Check out my live-streamed sessions below.

As a student, you might not realize that this is your moment. When you graduate you can be whoever you want to be. I give people an overview of the branding process so you can start to tackle this yourself.

Use social media as a way to communicate who you are and why anyone should care. At the end I got to feature four students from Hall of Fame last year year prior, who've since graduated and started successful careers.

My favorite panel from this year. It was really cool to sit on a couch with very successful Full Sail alumni, getting candid on some of the biggest challenges have been since graduating.

Modern creative professionals are now often expected to work remotely. We discuss the best ways to be productive in your pajamas without forgetting the skills needed to push your ideas forward.

Hall of Fame was a bast. Don't take just my word for it.
