When we first met with Dr. Bacher, we were struck by his optimism. His work is tough, and yet he continually combines honesty with empathy to bring solutions to his patients.

Dr. Bacher is leading a movement for a new type of addiction treatment: at-home. Set on increasing its accessibility, Dr. B needed a personal brand to bring a face to this new method.

Much of Dr. B’s work is helping his patients take life one day at a time. Driving inspiration from his initials, we took a literal and modern direction for the logo: helping his clients move from A to B.

During our kickoff brand audit consultation, we arrived at this brand sentence:

Brand sentence

A clinical psychologist, speaker, writer, and traveler who helps people overcome addiction where it matters—at home.

For colors, we wanted a palette that was deep but approachable. These colors provide a soothing contrast to the lighter tones from Dr. B’s Venice photo shoot.

Our clients will often have preferred developers, and we’re happy to provide the tools to bring the brand to life online. Instead of building Dr. B’s website, we wrote the copy and acted as creative directors to his developer while the site was built.

Dr. B empowers people with tools to face addiction, and it brings us happiness to know that his brand will position him to help even more individuals.

“Phil and Lauren are wonderful to work with. Their creativity, professionalism, and ability to really listen and understand who I am was fantastic. I’ve received so much positive feedback on the final product. I look forward to working with them more in the future.”
