Paula came to us with a goal: help vacation rental property owners increase the value of their listings through smart design. As an avid traveler and rental property owner, I immediately saw the opportunity. Since Paula’s primary audiences were different—traditional interior design clients and vacation property owners—we created a modern yet flexible mark that suggests the experience of stepping into a home.

We wanted Paula’s brand to feel inspiring and accessible. Inspired by boutique hotels, Paula is creating an exclusive line of hotel-inspired products called Hotelements, so we created lockups to live within her brand’s universe.

During our brand audit consultation, we helped Paula drill down into her brand value through a single sentence:

For the color palette, we arrived at a fresh mid-century modern look, with ample color-pairing possibilities. When displayed with her photography, the look is fun, cool, and comforting.

Complete with a custom pattern, we designed multiple instances of the brand coming to life in products. From candles to product tags to shower curtains, Paula has everything she needs to bring these CB2-worthy designs into existence.

While I love a good fixer-upper, there’s something special about bringing a dream closer to reality. Now equipped with a visual reference point, Paula’s ready to bring beauty and function to the hospitality industry.
