When Sass first approached us, she’d already earned an international reputation from working with some of the world’s most esteemed companies, including Pearson, the Louvre, and BBC. With a LinkedIn profile as her sole online presence, Sass wanted a brand that could speak to her experience, create opportunities, and drive her mission of fulfilling workplaces.

First up: design a brand that captures Sass’s warmth, elegance, and strength. Drawing inspiration from a monogram, this seal-like logomark acts as the stamp of quality one can expect from working with Sass.

 
 
 

When you work in an ambiguous field like change management, it can be challenging to explain your work. During our brand audit consultation, we made it our mission to help Sass succinctly describe her value in a way everyone could understand. Here’s how we’d explain Sass’s impact:

Brand sentence

A change management specialist who transforms organisations by focusing on its people.

We often find color inspiration in our clients’ homes, where they’ll naturally select colors that speak to their essence. In Sass’s case, we derived inspiration from a coral floral wallpaper on our first Zoom call. We grounded the bright color with deeper but vibrant tones that resulted in a sophisticated, dynamic palette.

Sass loved her logomark, so our team developed a custom pattern as an additional visual element for social media posts, stationery, and—once she has a bustling office with 30 employees—wallpaper.

For photography, we captured Sass’s British charm in Notting Hill, where greenery and architectural details added additional visual complexity to her minimalist brand.

 

We often say that our team achieves the best results when clients trust the process. Sass gave us complete creative flexibility to explore everything her brand could be—and I’m so proud of the result. Opportunities continue to fly into her new website, and Sass deserves every single one of them.
