Susan Salgado

A keynote speaker who transforms workplace culture.

WHILE working with us

  • Received a powerful and elegant brand identity to further affirm her credibility as a public speaker

  • Created finite speaking topics in specific areas of expertise

  • Launched an SEO-optimized website to propel her speaking career even further

Accomplished beyond belief, Susan is responsible for scaling the culture behind Shake Shack’s 3,000-employee empire with restaurateur Danny Meyer. Susan knows how to solve any workplace culture problem, but when it came to defining her personal brand, she was unsure. That’s where we came in.

Our work is often inspired by interior design trends, so we elected for a terrazzo pattern to create visual interest without distracting from her core colors or beautiful photography.

Susan’s perspective on workplace culture comes from an enviable combination of experience and academics. With a PhD in organizational behavior and proven results in the hospitality industry, we created a brand sentence that demonstrates Susan’s ability to guide all kinds of organizations.

Brand sentence

A keynote speaker and human behavior specialist who advises companies of all shapes and sizes.

Susan is warm, smart, and reliable. We wanted her kind demeanor to shine on her website. By interweaving personable photography, a warm color palette, and soft (but direct) language, we recreated the in-person experience of Susan.

Complete with detailed speaking topics, Susan is now speaking more than ever—so much that we recently updated her site to add even more speaking clients to her impressive roster.

“The moment I opened my brand board, a feeling of calm came over me, and I knew I had made the right choice in my website partner. The process of building the site and writing the content was seamless and fun. I could not recommend Phil and Lauren more!”
