Humans First
Rob Krecak founded Humans First to help companies create balanced, fulfilling work environments. With a deep understanding of both business strategy and human connection, he empowers organizations to work smarter while staying present.
While working with us:
Created a distinct brand identity that highlights human connection
Launched the new website, positioning Rob as a leader in workplace wellness
Secured multiple speaking engagements to expand the brand’s impact
When Rob approached us, Humans First had a clear purpose, but its positioning needed refinement. With Rob’s diverse background—including franchising gyms and cell phone repair shops—we needed to distill the essence of the brand while ensuring it felt authentic to his vision. The challenge was crafting an identity that was both professional and deeply human, reinforcing the message of reducing technology dependence.
As part of our brand audit kickoff consultation, we help clients communicate their brand in a succinct, memorable way. Here's how we'd describe Humans First:
Brand sentence
We’re Humans First, a behavioral transformation firm. We help people redefine their relationships with technology to deepen focus, harness potential, and design lives they love.
We built the Humans First brand around simplicity and connection. A soothing, organic color palette and hand-drawn letterforms create an analog feel, reinforcing the idea of stepping away from digital overwhelm. The logo features a subtle smiley face, a nod to the brand’s human-first approach. Photography captured Rob in natural interactions, emphasizing his empathetic yet systematic style.
For the website, we focused on clarity and ease of use, ensuring Rob’s value proposition was immediately clear. The clean, minimal design aligns with the brand’s message of mindfulness, while simple navigation makes it easy for companies to engage with his work.
With a strong brand foundation and a compelling new website, Humans First is now equipped to inspire businesses to embrace a healthier, more intentional relationship with technology.
